For techs
Your admin invites you.
Techs don't sign up directly. The contractor you work for adds you in their admin portal — that way the relationship is official and you land in the right shop on day one.
How to get added
- Ask the person at your company who runs TradelyHQ (typically the owner or an office manager) to add you.
- They go to Team → Invite Member inside the admin portal, type your name + email, pick your specialty (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), and click Invite.
- You'll get an email from TradelyHQ with a secure sign-in link.
- Open that email on your phone and tap the link. It takes you to tradelyhq.com/app, where you'll be asked to choose your own password — there's no temporary password to copy or type in.
- On first login you'll be prompted to install TradelyHQ as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Tap "Add to Home Screen" — it opens like a native app, no App Store needed.
