About

About TradelyHQ. Built for the people running the work.

No buzzwords. No sales pitch. Just a tool built by someone who dispatches commercial maintenance work every day and got tired of fighting with software that wasn't built for it.

Why this exists

I built it because the tools didn't fit the work I do every day.

I dispatch commercial maintenance work for a living. Every day I dealt with the same things: multiple different software tools that don't talk to each other, techs pinging me every 10 minutes for clarification, clients asking for a status update every day. With this portal, all of that goes away. Everything is visible for every party involved in the process.

The worst part was always 7am. The overnight pile-up, every tech texting at once, every client wanting an update. So I built an AI that takes the first pass at it. It reads the new requests, puts the right tech on each one, and drafts the quote, all inside the limits I set. It does the routine work and leaves me the calls that actually need a person. You can run the same AI from Claude and just tell it what you need.

My promises

What I won't do.

  • I won't charge a five-figure implementation fee to set up software you haven't even tried yet. Sign up online, run real work the same day — no $15-25K onboarding invoice before you've seen a single screen.
  • I won't lock you into a year-long contract. Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime, take your data with you on the way out. If the software earns the next month, you'll stay on your own.
  • I won't bury the price or the product behind a "talk to sales" wall. No demo gauntlet, no procurement deck, no quote that takes three weeks. Sign up, run real work orders, decide for yourself.
  • I won't make your techs wait on IT or an app store to get to work. The phone app installs from their browser in about ten seconds — no download approvals, no managed-device drama.
  • I won't make contractors secondary to marketplaces or middlemen taking a cut of the work. The client portal is there to help your customers move faster, but the product is built for the contractor doing the work.
  • I won't ship an AI that can quietly wreck your business. The dispatch AI can't go over an NTE, can't change your settings, and can't see another shop's data. Everything it does is logged. I run it on my own queue. If I didn't trust it there, it wouldn't be in the product.

Talk to me

I answer every message myself.

Andres Ponce. Founder. If you have questions about the software, want to know if it'll fit your shop, or just want to push back on something I got wrong — email me. No sales rep, no support ticket queue. You'll be talking to the person who built it.

Built for contractors, by someone who works alongside them every day
