FAQ
Common questions
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free: $1,490/tech/yr instead of $1,788. Switch between monthly and annual anytime from Settings → Billing.
Can I add or remove tech seats mid-billing-period?
Yes. Add seats one at a time from Settings → Billing as you hire, or remove them from the Techs tab when someone leaves. Stripe prorates both directions. You don't get cash back to your card. Instead, the unused portion of the removed seat is credited to your account and applied to your next invoice, so next month's charge is automatically lower.
Does my data stay mine?
Yes. No other contractor can see your jobs, customers, invoices, notes, or photos. You can download your records as a spreadsheet from Settings anytime.
What's the refund policy?
30-day free trial means you don't pay anything to try the product. After that, paid plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
I'm on another tool today. How hard is it to switch?
You can bring over your customer list, work history, and invoice records from a spreadsheet. We include setup help if you'd rather have us walk through it with you.
How long until my techs are productive on it?
Most techs can start working jobs the same day. They can see assigned work, add notes and photos, check in, and capture customer signatures, so the office has what it needs to answer questions and send invoices.
Is the 30-day trial really no credit card?
Yes. Start the trial, run real work orders, and see whether it saves your office time. At day 30 you start a paid subscription in Settings → Billing or the account pauses. Your data is preserved for 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is handled from Settings → Billing. Nobody on our side has to approve it.
Can customers see job status without calling my office?
Yes. You can share clear job updates, notes, and photos so customers know what is happening without calling your office for every status check. Your company name and logo show up on those updates.
Do you support Spanish-speaking techs?
Yes. Techs can use English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Pick the language for each tech so field notes and job details are easier to understand.
Are you US-only?
For now, yes. Pricing is in USD and we're focused on US-based contractors. If you're outside the US and want to be on a waitlist, email us.
What support do I get?
Email support is included. The help center covers common questions and is always free to browse.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. Most software in this space charges a big setup fee, takes a cut of every work order you bill, or locks you into a long contract before they'll even let you log in. We charge per tech per month. That's it. Cancel anytime, take your data with you, no early-termination fee.

What's NOT in the price
You pay for field techs and nothing else. Here's what never shows up on your bill:
- No setup fee. Sign up online and run real work orders the same day.
- No fee per work order. Run 1 work order or 10,000 and your bill is the same.
- No charge for owners, admins, dispatchers, or customers. The office staff who keep jobs moving don't count toward the bill.
- No long contract minimum. Month-to-month works. Cancel anytime.
