Create your own free Client Portal directly, or accept an invitation from a contractor already using TradelyHQ. Either way, your Sites, service requests, conversations, quotes, approvals, and invoices stay together under one secure login.
How to get started
- Create a free Client Portal with your company name, work email, and password—or open the secure invitation from your contractor.
- Verify your email. We activate a Client-company workspace only after the address is confirmed.
- Add your Sites and invite your property or facility team.
- Connect a contractor, or accept contractor invitations as they arrive. Multiple TradelyHQ contractors can appear under one login.
- Use the free portal, and add the optional Equipment & Maintenance company package when you want a full equipment register and planned maintenance workspace.
What you get in the client portal
- Live status updates on every work order your contractor is running for you
- Photos + tech notes + completion reports as they come in from the field
- Invoices + outstanding balance for your account, with one-click pay
- Locations management: keep your site list current, lockbox codes, etc.
- Owner-tier Reports: spend by location + repeat-issue detection (if your contractor grants it)
- Submit new requests directly to your contractor without an email round-trip
Working with more than one maintenance shop on TradelyHQ?Each shop invites you to their portal. You accept once and they all show up in the same merged Work Orders list under a single login. A chip strip across the top lets you filter the list down to one contractor at a time. When you open a new request, the form has a Send to: [contractor] picker so the right shop gets the job from the start.
Client-company accounts
A Client-company account starts with free Client Portal access and no card. When your organization is eligible, Equipment & Maintenance is a separate, optional USD $49/month company package for unlimited Site Codes, assets, and Client Portal users. It never changes contractor pricing or removes ordinary free portal access.
