For clients
Your contractor invites you.
Clients don't sign up directly. The contractor servicing your facility adds you to their TradelyHQ tenant — that way you only see the work that's actually for you, scoped to the right sites and invoices.
How to get added
- Find out which of your maintenance contractors uses TradelyHQ (or ask the contractor you trust most to switch — TradelyHQ self-serve signup is a 5-minute setup for them).
- Ask them to invite you. They go to Clients → Invite Client in their admin portal.
- You'll get an email from TradelyHQ with a temporary password.
- Sign in at tradelyhq.com/app, set your real password, and you're in.
- You'll see a read-only portal scoped to your own work orders + locations + invoices. Plus owner-only Reports if your contractor enables that.
What you get in the client portal
- Real-time status on every work order your contractor is running for you
- Photos + tech notes + completion reports as they come in from the field
- Invoices + outstanding balance, scoped to your account only
- Locations management — keep your site list current, lockbox codes, etc.
- Owner-tier Reports: spend by location + repeat-issue detection (if your contractor grants it)
- Submit new requests directly to your contractor without an email round-trip
Note: Today, each client login is scoped to one contractor's tenant. If multiple contractors you work with end up on TradelyHQ, you'll have a separate login for each. We're working on a cross-contractor unified client identity for a future release.
