How do I export my data — and what happens if I leave?

Short answer: your data is yours, you can export it anytime, and we will never hold it hostage if you decide TradelyHQ isn't the right fit.

How to export your data

Open the Admin portal and go to Settings → Business → Data. Click the Download all my data (CSV) button. The export is owner-only, and you can run it once per day per account.

What you get

You get a single CSV file. Inside it, each table from your account is laid out as its own section with a header row marking where the section starts — clients, locations, techs, work orders, work order expenses, comments, invoices, invoice line items, quotes, quote line items, NTE profiles, and your business profile. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers and each section reads cleanly.

Photos and signatures aren't in the spreadsheet — for those, email support@tradelyhq.com and we'll put a full bundle together for you.

Every individual work order and invoice can also be downloaded as a print-ready PDF straight from the record — handy for sharing one job with a customer or keeping a paper file.

If you decide to leave

No problem. Just email support and we'll send you a complete export of everything in your account — all your customers, work orders, invoices, quotes, photos, and signatures — in one package. We'll usually get back to you within a few business days.

No questions, no hoops, no lock-in. Your data is yours.

Your account is kept for 30 days after you cancel in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. Your QuickBooks account is your own and is never touched.
